Although the jewelry seems a little pricey, you get what you pay for. It is so above and beyond just the high quality locally crafted jewelry though. The service is always impeccable! They are so patient and helpful while you pick out exactly the vibe you're looking for. My daughter ripped the gem out of the post so I finally had a reason to get the jewelry I have wanted. I tried at least 6 different styles/colors and arrangements with the 3 piercings in my nose. The best part about supporting this business is they always support you back! For like $10 you can replace the gems out of your posts and spend hours picking out new pieces 😂 I will always recommend them 10/10 Good clean atmosphere, helpful knowledgeable staff, huge inventory and a crazy cool art gallery to explore if you are waiting your turn! 👏

HIGHLY recommend coming here! It can be a bit on the pricey side depending on the jewelry, but they have options for all price points. My friend and I came in yesterday to get her doubles and my nose done, and boy, were we nervous. Ava made choosing the jewelry so much fun. She took her time educating us about the different pieces and didn't mind telling us the prices more than once (haha). The piercer—I think his name was Josh, totally blanking right now—was TOP TIER. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really knows what he's doing. Like I said, we were both so nervous, and he did such a great job easing our nerves and making us feel comfortable. Overall, 20/10 and well worth the price. The entire staff was so friendly and patient when it came to answering all of our questions. I was definitely a little skeptical about the pricing at first, but after the experience I can honestly say it's 100% worth it. Ava put it perfectly: "You're not paying just to get poked. You're paying for the entire healing process." That really stuck with me. It was such a pleasant visit; I can't wait to come back!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this shop and ALL of the people working here! Their knowledge, dedication, attentiveness and transparency is beyond appreciated! My 4 year old got her ears pierced today and the entire shop was dedicated to her and ensuring her experience was comfortable and all about her and what she wanted. They spent so much time we her earning her trust and ensuring she was relaxed and aware of what was happening before we ever even entered the piercing room. They were fun, kind, knowledgeable and oh so trustworthy! We will tell everyone about your amazing shop and wonderful staff! Thank you so much Trevor, Zack and Ava for all the time spent with us today! Adding in Maggie is currently repeating ALL the steps as you guys stated to her as she fake pierces Candy Canes ears! 🥰

I had a bad experience at another shop a few months back getting my second lobes done. Both of my entire lobes were bruised for 2 weeks and a lot of pain for awhile afterwards which is extremely abnormal for me. I came here to get my thirds and the whole process was so great! I did not feel anything afterwards and no bruising whatsoever! I did not catch the name of my piercer but he was so quick, kind and knowledgeable as well. The girly up front was lovely too :). The pricing was almost double what I am used to, but that was because of the jewelry. I will most definitely be back.

My friend and I had the best experience ever when we visited here recently!! We loved the variety of jewelry they had and the piercer was so professional and great to talk to! I'm so happy with how my two new piercings (conch and flat) turned out and will for sure be coming back for new jewelry and future piercings!
